Quantum Repositioner

This device emits a wave of quantum energy, affecting all creatures in the area. Any creature who fails their Fortitude saving throw is suddenly teleported in a random direction at the grenade’s listed distance. This movement doesn’t provoke attacks of opportunity. If a creature would land in a non-empty space, the creature instead lands in the nearest empty space to the destination and takes 3d6 bludgeoning damage.
